TABERSA’s main objective is to provide our customers with safe products and services they can trust, which meet their requirements in terms of food safety and quality, and provide a reliable response to fully meet the customer’s needs within the agreed timeframes.

The aim of this Food Safety and Quality Policy is to consolidate the situation by continuously improving performance, reinforcing our customers’ trust and putting measures in place to prevent food contamination and hazards.

We have implemented a quality management system according to the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 standard and we are in the process of implementing food safety protocol BRC IOP v.5.

TABERSA aims to eliminate any activities which put our products at risk, while continuously improving the competitiveness and quality of our products through safety, legality and safe production.

The TABERSA management team regularly reviews the food safety and quality management system to ensure its remains appropriate, suitable and effective. During this review, the team considers opportunities to improve the system and the processes, and detects any need to change the quality system.



The management team is involved and committed, through its human resources, to promote suitable working relationships and to comply with the SMETA-ETI social responsibility regulations. It is also committed to upholding and enforcing compliance with environmental laws, meeting the requirements set forth by the authorities and collaborating with said authorities.
